What We Need From You The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 years' culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is highly desirable) Grill experience (advantageous) A Commercial Cookery qualification Experience working with food safety systems such as HACCP (desirable) Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail A genuine enthusiasm to learn A positive, can-do attitude You must also be able to work a rotating roster, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and hold valid Australian working rights.
