As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team at our site in Rosehill.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our team. This is a critical role to ensure the smooth flow of products through our supply chain and maintain strong service levels for our customers. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role will work closely with the Procurement, Sales, and Warehouse teams to balance supply and demand, optimise inventory, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain supply plans to meet sales forecasts and customer demand
* Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and replenishment cycles to ensure availability
* Collaborate with Procurement and Suppliers to manage purchase orders and inbound shipments
* Analyse sales and stock data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Support S&OP processes and provide input into forecasting accuracy improvements
* Work with internal teams to resolve supply issues and maintain excellent service levels
About You
* 2-4 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management (FMCG/wholesale/packaging industry experience highly regarded)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions
* Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience an advantage)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
