We're seeking a vibrant, warm, and dependable Studio & Personal Assistant to work closely with the General Manager of our boutique family & pet portrait studio. This isn't your typical desk job—you'll be the GM's right hand and a vital part of the studio's daily rhythm. The role combines administrative and accounts duties, studio support, and personal assistance, making it ideal for someone reliable, flexible, and energized by a diverse workload.
You'll be involved in everything from hands-on production help and office tasks to occasional personal support like school pick-ups, light meal prep, and child minding. If you love staying organised and wearing many hats, this rewarding role is a perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
• Providing administrative and production support across the studio, stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Preparing and maintaining weekly CRM reports
• Carrying out regular cleaning and general upkeep of studio spaces
• Assisting hands-on within the Production Department to help complete client artwork
• Supporting accounts and administrative functions (strong computer skills and Xero experience essential)
• Providing phone and email support for the studio as required
• Managing and maintaining studio supplies across all departments
• Assisting with occasional school pick-ups, light meal preparation, and child minding as needed
• Running errands and providing flexible day-to-day support to the General Manager
• Very occasional weekend work may be required

Requirements
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Current Police Check, Working with Children's Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Confident and comfortable working with children and pets, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities
• Basic experience with administrative systems and accounting software, particularly Xero
