Geelong Grammar School is seeking a visionary IT Security Manager to lead our cyber security strategy and operations. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the worlds leading coeducational boarding and day schools where innovation, integrity and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. This opportunity is a full time ongoing role.
About the role
* Drive strategic cyber security initiatives across the School
* Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures
* Lead and mentor teams to build a culture of cyber awareness
* Monitor threats, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance
* Collaborate to support the GGS Digital Strategy and Curriculum
What You Bring
* Proven experience in cyber security leadership
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks, tools and technologies
* Excellent communication, negotiation and change management skills
* Relevant qualifications and certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001)
* A courageous, curious and collaborative mindset
