Role Description
Measured Group is seeking a highly experienced Principal Resource Geologist to lead Mineral Resource estimation and reporting projects for metalliferous deposits, with a particular focus on polymetallic, base metals, copper, gold and precious metals. The role is suited to a senior consultant who can act as a Competent Person under the JORC Code and, where applicable, support or act as a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 for Mineral Resource statements and technical reporting. The successful candidate will combine technical authority in geological modelling and resource estimation with commercial discipline, client leadership, and the ability to mentor high‐performing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead geological modelling, Mineral Resource estimation, classification, validation, and reporting projects for metalliferous deposits, including polymetallic, base metals, copper, gold, precious metals, and critical minerals
* Act as Competent Person for metalliferous Mineral Resource estimates and associated technical reporting under the JORC Code
* Prepare, review, and sign off Mineral Resource statements, supporting documentation, and public reporting inputs where appropriate
* Support NI 43-101 technical reporting as a Qualified Person or technical contributor, subject to professional registration and commodity experience
* Review and advise on drilling, sampling, QA/QC, density, database integrity, and data governance matters relevant to Mineral Resource estimation
* Provide technical review, peer review, and audit of Mineral Resource estimates prepared by others
* Deliver geological consulting projects to agreed scope, time, cost, quality, and commercial outcomes
* Lead, mentor, and develop geologists and consultants
* Manage client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
* Develop proposals, tenders, repeat business, and selected new opportunities through your industry network
* While the position is primarily office based, travel to client offices and field sites will occasionally be required
Skills & Experience
* 15+ years' experience in geology, preferably with significant consulting, mining, or resource definition experience
* Demonstrated experience acting as Competent Person for Mineral Resources under the JORC Code
* Experience preparing, reviewing, and signing off Mineral Resource estimates and Resource statements
* Eligibility for, or current membership of, a recognised professional organisation relevant to JORC and/or NI 43-101 reporting, such as AusIMM, AIG, PGeo, SME Registered Member, or equivalent
* Strong technical capability in geological modelling, geostatistics, Mineral Resource estimation, Resource classification, and technical reporting
* Familiarity with JORC 2012 requirements, ASX reporting expectations, and NI 43-101 / CIM reporting frameworks where applicable
* Expert capability with geological modelling and resource estimation software
* Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and client management skills
* Commercially aware and results‐focused
Highly Regarded
* Previous sign‐off experience as Competent Person or Qualified Person for public reporting
* Experience preparing or contributing to Independent Technical Reports, NI 43-101 Technical Reports, valuation reports, due diligence reports, or ASX release support
* Multi‐commodity experience, with clear Competent Person capability in at least one core commodity relevant to Measured Group's client base
* Existing client network and ability to generate consulting work
