**About the opportunity**:
We're seeking a highly skilled General Manager of Contact Centres to join our team in the subcontinent. With a team of 600 staff globally, we're looking for a Captain to lead the way in doubling our size offshore and building capability in a customer centric proposition.
We need someone with great people orientation, strong operational skills, and a clear understanding of what a thriving contact centre looks like in an offshore environment.
**About you**:
As the most senior person in the subcontinent, you'll move the centre from operational to quality, driving it to provide a high-quality service orientated experience as we grow. With a focus on frontline leadership, you'll inspire our team to achieve great things and build a strong, captive contact centre.
You'll be responsible for managing the contact centre, IT development, network operations, and sales function. You'll have a team of direct reports, including the Aus Contact Centre Head and four direct managers. You'll also work closely with our finance, people and culture functions, ensuring our team is well-supported locally.
As an influential and professional leader, you'll have experience setting up large-scale offshore centres, you'll have a strong persona and high impact, with the ability to inspire people to go above and beyond.
**Mandatory Experience**:
- Experience setting up a large scale off shore contact centre/dev op centre based in Asia (captive set up as preference)
- "Head of" or Contact Centre Management Experience or equivalent
- A strong understanding of Australian customer expectations
