The roles
Project Managers
* 5+ years experience focussed on complex, e2e ICT project delivery
* Manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder engagement
* Experience across government or large enterprise programs
Cloud Solutions Architects
* Design scalable, secure cloud architectures (Azure/AWS)
* IaC & Azure DevOps experience
* Lead solution design and architecture governance
* Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams
Business Analysts
* Gather and document requirements across digital programs
* Translate business needs into functional specifications
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
Front End Developers / UI Designers
* Build responsive, user-focused interfaces
* Work across modern frameworks (React, Angular etc.)
* Strong focus on UX/UI best practice and accessibility
.NET Developers and Software Engineers
* Develop and maintain Azure based web API & Portal applications across .NET environments
* Work across APIs, integrations and backend services
* Experience with modern development practices and CI/CD
CRM Developers
* Configure and develop CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
* Support system enhancements and integrations
* Work closely with business teams to improve workflows
Automation Testers
* Design and execute automated test frameworks
* Create and oversee test plans and strategies including test plans using Azure DevOps
* Work across CI/CD pipelines and quality assurance processes
* Experience with modern testing tools and methodologies
Exchange System Administrators
* Manage and support Microsoft Exchange environments
* Ensure system performance, security and availability
* Support migrations and ongoing optimisation
Senior Storage / Infrastructure Engineers
* Manage enterprise storage and infrastructure environments
* Support system performance, backup and disaster recovery
* Experience across complex, large-scale environments
* Experience with HPE 3PAR, Primera, Alletra Storage Systems, NetApp E-Series, Dell Data Domain, Brocade Fabric Switches, SANnav and/ or Scality Artesca
These roles sit within delivery teams focused on modernisation, platform uplift and ongoing system enhancement.

* Must hold or be eligible for Baseline or NV1 clearance
