Responsibilities
:
* Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise). The configuration and programming of HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and Third-Party Systems
* Diagnosing faults and repairs on HVAC, CCTV, Access Control, Security, and third-party Systems
* Software load and configuration of EBI Systems and other systems, as required
* Roll out, deployment and ongoing support of OBS/Connected Services technologies
* Leading Small to Medium project installations including managing subcontractors, financial control and ordering of parts/materials as required
Key Experience & Capabilities:
* Relevant Engineering or IT degree
* 4+ years engineering Industry experience / background – BMS / HVAC / Security / control systems
* ICT & Networking skills and knowledge of Cyber Security (desirable)
* Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues
* Able to hold/Maintain Government security clearance if required
