* Assist Risk and Control Owners.

* Knowledge of Document Management Processes.
* Previous experience in Risk Management processes and governance of Safety Health Management Systems.
* Understanding of Queensland Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and other legislation.
* Ability to balance business needs with practical solutions.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Well-developed organisational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Surface Training Needs Analysis expertise.
* Mentoring and coaching skills.
* Data analysis and audit capabilities.
