We're looking for a dynamic Business Partnership Manager to drive sponsorship, exhibitor sales and registrations across a portfolio of national events.

Responsibilities
Drive sponsorship, exhibitor and registration sales across multiple conferences
Maintain strong relationships and engagement with existing partners
Identify and develop new partners and leads through research, outreach, calls, and relationship building
Develop and present compelling proposals to key stakeholders
Collaborate with our marketing and events teams
Manage a budget for Sponsorship & Exhibition
Track and report on sales pipeline and confirmed business
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in sponsorship or partnerships
Proven success in achieving and exceeding targets
Proven success in cold calling, acquiring and maintaining new business
Fluent communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
The drive to work autonomously to achieve results
Highly organised, adaptable, and excellent at managing multiple projects
An understanding of managing budgets for exhibition and sponsorships
A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Ideal but not essential: experience in the conference or events space
Flexible hours + hybrid working (WFH + Gold Coast team days)
All the tools you need (laptop, phone, etc.)
