About the Role
* Prompt Maintenance Response: Prioritize and execute maintenance tasks to ensure seamless hotel operations.
* Day-to-Day Operations: Enhance daily maintenance requirements by addressing system problems and suggesting improvements.
* Department Collaboration: Liaise with front desk and housekeeping for efficient room turnaround and outstanding guest experiences.
* Exterior Maintenance: Maintain external areas to exceed company standards, ensuring a neat and inviting appearance.
* Project Participation: Contribute to overall facility improvement by undertaking project work directed by the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Ensure optimal availability and reliability of all equipment, focusing on mechanical equipment.
* Work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to adapt.
* Maintain strong communication skills, liaising with various hotel departments and contributing to meetings.
