Peregian's café, Outer Square, is looking for a talented and creative Breakfast Chef to join our team of passionate people. Our kitchen operates 7 days a week from 6am to 2pm.

The Role

* the ability to think 'outside the square' when collaborating on new menu items
* a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen
* strong organisational and time management skills
* exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a small kitchen team
* genuine enthusiasm for producing high quality food and sourcing local ingredients
* Understanding and knowledge in conferencing and functions, breakfast corporate day delegate packages, and dinners.
