Outdoor Education Instructor Role
Deliver engaging outdoor education programs for students and corporate visitors at a renowned educational institution.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining equipment management systems, facilitating outdoor activities and promoting safety, confidentiality and respect within the educational environment.
1. Maintaining equipment management systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Designing and delivering innovative outdoor education programs that cater to diverse groups and ages.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to promote safety, confidentiality and respect within the educational environment.
Key Requirements:
* Understanding of and commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff and external partners.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Ability to work well individually or collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
* Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership (or equivalent).
