You’ll support her at home and in the community, join in her favourite activities (cat cafés, shopping, art, baking), and include her three beloved cats in daily routines. Shifts Supports occur 24/7 Pay Rates E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL) SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 Your Role: Support client at home and in the community Engage in client's hobbies and interests (yes, that includes trips to cat cafés and the zoo!) Provide companionship, encouragement, and gentle guidance Help build life skills and independence Include client's cats in daily routines and activities Support with financial management, including day-to-day spending and budgeting guidance Experience & Skills: Medication assistance, mental health support, autism, behaviour support, and financial management Support with daily living tasks, emotional regulation, and community engagement Person-centred approach to help her live her best life Certificates & Licences Required: NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR Certificate Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent Australian Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle Why Work with Nextt?
