Enjoy a collaborative and social work culture Role Providing accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations
Analyse project documentation to determine if all elements are included
Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non‑standard variations
Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process and identify potential areas of risk in the project
Offer technical support to team members and sales staff
Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work Requirements Sales estimating experience from within a home builder
Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
Strong customer service focus
High level of numeracy and computer usage skills (Estimating and Office applications)
