Ace Waste is an Australian and family owned company providing professional waste collection and disposal services to Health Care Facilities, Medical professionals, Vets along with the Shipping Industry, Quarantine Premises, Pharmaceutical Companies and Commercial and Industrial entities.
You will be based at our Willawong facility 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) where you will become a valued member of our team, ensuring that the companies Payroll functions are maintained to a high standard.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
* Process end-to-end weekly and monthly payroll for 80-100 employees, including onboarding, tracking leave, salary packaging, reporting and payroll filing
* Maintain the payroll management system and the time and attendance rostering system
* Manage employee leave and entitlement databases
* Prepare monthly/weekly superannuation payments
* Process payroll related month end tasks, including PAYG, Payroll Tax and Superannuation Lodgments
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes lined to payroll systems, tools and procedures
* Keep up to date with relevant legislation information, (i.e., changes to ATO requirements, Superannuation and relative Modern Awards)
* Model and demonstrate constructive working relationships and information exchange within the team and across the Organisation
* Adherence to Ace Waste Policies & Procedures
EXPERIENCE
* Knowledge and proficient in the use of Financial and Payroll software packages
* Minimum 4 years experience in Payroll roles
