Project Implementation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary project team, responsible for delivering the implementation of the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) electronic rostering solution across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex organisational-wide ICT-enabled business change management projects, along with expertise in applying established project management methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools.
Able to develop project plans and apply appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage influence and connect with others, building positive productive internal and external working relationships, often remotely.
Strong leadership and team management skills, experience in building and sustaining high-profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes.
