You will champion operational excellence, maintain stakeholder confidence, and embed the discipline, systems, and standards that define our performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Project Management and Construction teams across all live projects
* Own end-to-end delivery performance from sales handover to completion
* Manage key external relationships — end clients, head contractors and subcontractors, — ensuring alignment across planning, design, manufacture, and installation phases
* Drive profitability, budget control, revenue and cost forecasting, and gross margin protection across the project portfolio
* Oversee construction execution, safety, quality, and program performance
* Uphold compliance with the MadeRight Way, ensuring system discipline and process consistency
* Resolve project risks, technical challenges, and stakeholder issues with authority and collaboration
* Lead tactical and strategic delivery reviews, driving accountability and continuous improvement
* Build capability and culture within the delivery function, coaching leaders and fostering ownership
* Partner with the Leadership Team to refine delivery systems, reporting, and governance frameworks
About You
* Senior construction or project delivery leader with experience in façade, cladding, or building envelope projects
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of protecting and improving margin
* Excellent communicator with the confidence to represent Louvreclad in client, consultant, and subcontractor forums
* Strategic thinker who thrives on precision, discipline, and hands‑on leadership
* Natural coach who builds capability, accountability, and performance alignment across teams
