As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will apply your clinical reasoning skills to support personnel who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury.
You will be part of the team that gets our military fully fit and ready to defend Australia.
* Taking a holistic approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.
* Perform assessments based on your area of clinical expertise.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness or trauma.
* Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.
KPI's are based on service delivery outcomes, not billable hours.
A genuine person-centred focus and goal setting are key.
Responsibilities:
* Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for ADF personnel.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve common goals.
* Engage with various stakeholders to support client recovery.

To be successful, you will need:
* Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work.
* Australian Citizenship.
* Strong clinical reasoning.
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
* Passion to help people rehabilitate.
* Occupational rehabilitation experience is highly regarded.
