THE ROLE |
You will manage complex customer cases for those experiencing hardship, vulnerability, or financial stress. You will:
* Listen actively, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions
* Coordinate and navigate banking processes, support programs, and assistance pathways
* Escalate cases to specialist teams where appropriate
* Maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care for every customer
* Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity throughout all interactions
