About The Role
* Assess patient or client nutritional needs
* Collaborate with medical teams during ward rounds, meetings, and case conferences to integrate nutrition care into broader patient care
* Conduct audits and service reviews in clinical areas, providing expert advice and updates to healthcare professionals
* Develop, implement, and monitor personalized nutrition care plans tailored to individual needs
