Campbell Property Group (CPG), a leading residential construction and property development company, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to support our Clarendon Homes team based in Loganholme, QLD.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain strong financial controls and support smooth operational delivery.
What You'll Do
* Process supplier invoices, including matching purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
* Prepare and execute payment runs in line with payment terms
* Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate accounts payable records
* Liaise with suppliers to respond to invoice and payment queries professionally
* Collaborate with internal teams including Construction, Operations, and Finance
* Maintain accurate data within accounting systems and spreadsheets
* Support month-end close, audits, and reporting requirements as needed
About You
* Proven experience in accounts payable or finance administration
* Experience in construction, property, or a high-volume environment (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear, professional communication skills
* Confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
* Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
