An opportunity has become available for Emergency Registrars/Senior Registrars in one of Western Australia's most popular locations.
The hospital is the biggest in the regional health care complex and features a modern Emergency Department.
Pay: A$106,360.68 - A$199,701.57 per year.
For Emergency Registrars/Senior Registrars the remuneration is described as: A$114,796 - A$153,515.
The ED sees approximately 28,000 patients per year and is one of the largest rural trauma services in WA.
The hospital is in a major tourist destination with access to world-class wineries, surf, caves and scenic locations.
The second largest city in Western Australia is about a 2-hour drive south of Perth.
Responsibilities
Provide emergency medicine care as part of the Emergency Registrars/Senior Registrars team in a high-volume ED.
Participate in ED operations, trauma care, and acute patient management in alignment with local protocols.
Engage with training accreditation processes and contribute to ongoing professional development within the ED.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience in Critical Care Medicine (Emergency; Acute Medicine; ICU or Anaesthetics).
Emergency Medicine is accredited for provisional and advanced training with ACEM as well as with RACGP; ACRRM; CICM and RACP.
Eligible for appropriate registration and authorized to work in Australia (as per local requirements).
