This is a great opportunity to join an industry leader in sales and service of Industrial machinery such as Metal laser cutting and Sheetmetal machinery.
We need a Trade Fitter that can do pre-sale service and checking of new capital equipment such as conventional and machinery and laser cutting machines for a very well-established national company.
This is an excellent opportunity to join this successful business that supplies, installs and maintains a comprehensive range of conventional sheet metal machines and metal laser cutting machines.
Ideal for a Machinist, or Toolmaker, or Fitter or service technician looking for a change of position with a future in a company that is prepared to train the right person.
Based in Melbourne you will be doing in-house work on new machines, prepping them for sale and or checking for any issues. Clean modern environment. plus assisting with installations, service and repairs.
The ideal person will have the following:
* A trade background
* Mechanical and diagnostic skills
* PLC Background ideal
* Hydraulics skills ideal
* Ability to read drawings
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Experience in servicing mechanical or electrical capital equipment ideal.
