Are you looking to start your career in administration while gaining valuable experience in a healthcare setting? This is your chance!

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our hospital administration team, working across a variety of areas including Emergency Department, ward clerk, front office, and radiology reception.

Everything You Need to Know!

In this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

Managing reception duties – greeting patients, answering calls, and responding to enquiriesScheduling and coordinating appointmentsMaintaining accurate and confidential patient recordsProcessing admissions, discharges, and transfersSupporting clinical and management teams with data entry, correspondence, and reports

You will work a variety of shifts to gain exposure to different hospital areas:

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pmEmergency Department after hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00pm – 9:00pmWeekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am – 6:30pm

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, organised, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll need to communicate clearly with patients and team members, stay on top of tasks in a busy environment, and pay close attention to detail.
