As a seasoned Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our Hyperdome (Loganholme) store.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower their team members to achieve exceptional results. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of store presentation, ensuring that our visual merchandising guidelines are met and our brand image is consistently represented.
In addition to your leadership skills, you will need to have a strong understanding of retail operations and be able to analyze sales data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our Stock Allocator to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize return on floor space.

Job Responsibilities
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
* Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
