Music Festival Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to curate a diverse range of music festival content for our iconic SXSW Sydney event. As part of our team, you will help unite music, tech, innovation, games, screen, and culture sectors for a week of groundbreaking sessions, showcases, and networking.
The SXSW Sydney Music Festival showcases artists from the APAC region and globally. As a Program Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Curation: Develop and maintain a program that attracts artists, industry professionals, press, and audiences.
* Talent Identification: Research and identify new talent and trends in music and adjacent industries.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with music companies, brands, agencies, advocacy groups, and other industry entities.
* Evaluation: Assess public submissions for festival content and make informed decisions about programming.
