In this role, you will oversee governance, reporting, and risk management activities related to the ACMA Enforceable Undertaking Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations. You’ll coordinate closely with Group Chief Controls Offices (CCOs), Legal, and Compliance teams to manage incidents and support the development and implementation of the Further Implementation Plan. A key part of your responsibilities will be leading the application of the Operational Risk Management Framework across customer communications, while also designing and enhancing controls to strengthen compliance with the Spam Act. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable insights through risk reporting and contribute to key forums and leadership updates to support informed decision-making. We’re interested in people who have: Deep understanding of operational risk frameworks and regulatory environments. Experience drafting risk papers, managing risk systems (e.g., RiskInSite), and presenting to senior stakeholders. Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and business units. Clear, concise, and confident in engaging with all levels of the organisation. Background in managing or supporting complex regulatory or risk-related projects is highly desirable.
