Chubb Fire is seeking an Electrician/Fire Alarm Technician with Fire Tech abilities in Southern Tasmania working out of our Hobart office to provide product support and technical services within the Fire industry across Tasmania.

About the Roles
Based in Hobart, as a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be required to install, service, maintain and install fire detection and gaseous systems within the Tasmania area for numerous clients in both the commercial and industrial sectors, plus provide administrative support to the Branch Manager.
About You
We are looking for someone who is committed to customer service, teamwork and adapting to the role quickly – to have fire trade experience that would complement this role, but your attitude will play a large part in your application and your success.
Ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working as an Electrical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry.
* Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
* Current Electrical Licence or FPAS Accreditation is preferred.
* Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous.
* Current driver's licence
* Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check.
* A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment is preferred.
* A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation and Cabling Licence are ideal, but not mandatory.
* Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base.
* Ability to work an on-call roster.
