Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.
As a Retail Team Member, you will create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store.
You will help across a number of areas within our stores from customer-facing to our back-of-house operations.
Providing a high level of customer service standards, including pre, during, and post-sale interactions.
Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor.
Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and via phone/email.
* Assist with merchandise displays and visual presentations to ensure an engaging in-store experience.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
* Support the efficient receipt and storage of stock, adhering to store receiving processes.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
