We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Out of Trade Apprentice Carpenter (Late 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th) to join a high-performing team. We are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities across Sunshine Coast, working on residential new builds and renovations.

What We’re Looking For
Apprentice Carpenter (Late 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th)
You have already commenced your carpentry apprenticeship and are keen to continue developing your skills.
Practical & Reliable
Physically fit, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Quick Learner & Problem Solver
Able to follow instructions, think ahead, and adapt on site.
Team Player
Strong communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively.
Key Duties
* Constructing wall and ceiling frames, pitched roofs, and eaves
* Installing sub-flooring and floorboards
* Fixing fascia panels, external cladding, door and window frames
* Measuring materials and performing calculations
* Cutting, assembling, and nailing materials
* Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Essential Requirements
* Currently in Late 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Carpentry Apprenticeship
* Up to date with TAFE modules and training plan
* Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
* White Card
* Reliable, motivated, and committed to completing your trade
