About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major WA organisation delivering complex technology integrations and transformation projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large program of work with significant impact across multiple business units.
You'll play a critical role in mapping business processes, building governance frameworks, and developing policies to support technology integrations across multiple projects.
This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage competing priorities, and is confident engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Map and document end-to-end business processes for technology projects.
Develop and implement governance structures and policies for tech integrations.
Gather and analyse business requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.
Drive process improvement initiatives and change management activities.
Support project delivery across a large pipeline of work.
Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
About You
Proven experience in Australia as a Senior BA in complex environments.
Strong background in process mapping, policy development, and governance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience in large-scale technology projects highly desirable.
Knowledge of safety standards and exposure to construction or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
