We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support the coordination of our busy hospital service. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in managing day-to-day workflow and prioritization, working closely with our Acute Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level secretarial support, including diary management, travel coordination, and recruitment assistance.

* Manage confidential materials and sensitive hospital communications discreetly.

* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

* Coordinate day-to-day workflow in collaboration with the Acute Service Manager.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience. You should have a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and initiate action, as well as strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and tone.
