You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing assessment, case management, and a range of therapeutic interventions to support people with moderate to severe mental health conditions.In this advanced nursing role, you will coordinate Clozapine services, delivering a high standard of practice consistent with clinical guidelines and mental health policies, while ensuring safe, effective and consumer-centred care.
