Join Marsh's growing Affinity Auto Fleet team to lead strategic relationships across key novated leasing partners. You'll be the go‐to broker for complex client needs, known for fast, clear communication and dependable delivery. This role is available in our Melbourne or Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
In this client‐facing role you manage several key client accounts within our portfolio of novated leasing partners, with a focus on strategic relationship management. You will also provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.
We will count on you to:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key novated leasing clients.
* Drive operational excellence and consistent client delivery.
* Apply a thorough understanding of the client's business, risk management and insurance needs to ensure that our services and programs continue to meet their needs and expectations.
* Mentor and support junior brokers within the team.

What you need to have:
* Relevant insurance experience in either client management, broking or underwriting, preferably within fleet or automotive industry.
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of General Insurance products.
* A genuine interest in mentoring junior brokers.
