Job Overview
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centres and a broad range of other customers. We are looking for an experienced Service Representative based in Brisbane who will perform a variety of field service tasks across the Queensland region and South East locations supporting Power Systems such as Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, LV/MV/HV assets.
Responsibilities
* Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Queensland region and South East locations.
* Collaborating with other technical team members for efficient coordination and execution of complex installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad‐hoc tasks.
* Commissioning, site testing, system/firmware upgrades and ad‐hoc troubleshooting.
* Providing technical support and specialist advice to customers.
* Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhering to internal processes.
* Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management.
* Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on customer requirements.
Qualifications
* A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical Licence.
* Current Driver's Licence (Tool of Trade Vehicle supplied).
* Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position.
* Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required.
* A technical aptitude and a digital mindset engaged in new technologies.
* Well‐developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem‐solver / trouble‐squieter.
* Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confidence in identifying risks.
Location & Working Rights
Based in Brisbane, Queensland. All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
