We are working with an international US law firm based in Sydney who are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Funds team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading Funds team, advising global companies, fund managers, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds.
The lawyer will work on fund formations, capital raisings, investments and M&A deals, as well as providing strategic regulatory advice. This role will be a mix of transactional and regulatory work. The candidate will also be willing to contribute to business development initiatives.
Requirements:
* 2-7 years' PQE;
* Investment funds law background;
* Technically excellent;
* Willingness to mentor junior members of the team;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
