ABOUT SO4

SO4 is pioneering Western Australia's first Potassium Sulphate operation. With our first product successfully delivered and operations ramping up, we're entering an exciting phase of growth.

To reach nameplate capacity, we're undertaking major development and expansion works—and we're looking for skilled, driven professionals to help deliver the next stage.

Our Projects Team sits at the core of this transformation—delivering the critical infrastructure and process improvements that will shape our future. If you're ready to make a real impact on a world-class, industry-first operation, now's the time to join us.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead the safe and successful delivery of Stage I & II pond expansions and associated site civil works (e.g., halite harvesting) at our Sulphate of Potash facility in Wiluna, WA.

This is a site-based leadership role that will see you managing complex, high-value capital projects—driving contractor performance, enforcing safety compliance, and delivering key project milestones.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Oversee the execution of major capital works—on time, on budget, and to the highest safety standards
* Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables; ensure accurate and timely reporting
* Manage contractor performance and third-party vendor packages
* Provide on-site engineering support and WHS compliance (WHS Mines Regs 2022)
* Lead a high-performing team, championing a culture of safety and accountability
* Drive cost control, earned value tracking, and continuous improvement across the project

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You're a seasoned civil construction leader with a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in challenging environments. You know how to lead from the front, manage complexity, and bring people together to get the job done right.

To succeed, you'll need:

* 15+ years in civil construction with 5+ years in a senior/site superintendent role
* A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Schedule 26 statutory training
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management frameworks
* Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, and systems such as Pronto, Aconex, and INX
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* WA "C" Class Driver's Licence + Construction White Card

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

At SO4, we work hard, support each other, and celebrate success together. You'll be part of a close-knit team where your contribution is seen and valued—and where your work truly matters.

We offer:

* Maximum term contract (initial 18 months)
* 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth
* Competitive salary and benefits
* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) & Wellness App
* Salary sacrificing (superannuation) options
