About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone eager to kickstart a career in construction operations. Based in our Perth branch, you'll join a supportive and collaborative team, taking responsibility for coordinating project planning, delivery, and contract execution of key project administration functions.
This role isn't just a job – it's a launchpad. With a clear progression plan, you'll gain the skills and exposure to step into future roles such as Junior Project Manager or Construction Supervisor.

What You'll Do
* Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate project execution
* Organise site investigations, design engineering, approvals, and compliance documents
* Manage documentation flow to clients and internal systems to support project delivery
* Book and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, raising purchase orders, and managing approvals
* Monitor financials: reconcile invoices, track costs, and input data into project systems
* Support Rental Yard maintenance and stock management, including safety documentation
* Ensure contractors and works comply with ATCO's high safety standards
* Provide updates to managers and stakeholders on project progress and site installation schedules
