Exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to support a leadership team
**Your new company**
Hays Office Support are currently working with a well-known Tasmanian business with global operations who specialise in the Manufacturing industry. They have the need for an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis to manage the team and administration duties.
**Your new role**
As the Office Manager your core duties will be providing support to the leadership team and Company Directors. However, working within a small team you'll be responsible for a wide variety of duties such as;
- Executive support duties such as diary, travel management and document preparation
- Assist with event coordination
- Coordinate general office tidiness, maintenance of common office areas, and meeting rooms coordination and scheduling
- Ensure stationary and general office supplies are ordered and maintained
- Host group site tours when required
- Update Sharepoint intranet
- Other adhoc administration work as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior experience supporting senior business leaders
- Ability to work autonomously
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise competing demands
