How you'll Contribute
As Senior Team Leader you will lead front‐of‐house operations to deliver a seamless, safe and engaging visitor experience. You'll oversee daily operations, coordinate staffing and logistics, manage visitor flow, respond to customer enquiries and issues, and lead safety and security functions—including emergency response and compliance with Conditions of Entry—while supporting the delivery of programmes, events and exhibitions.
