Sales Support Manager
to join the commercial function on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with the potential for future progression.
Reporting to the
Head of Grocery & eCommerce
, this role plays a crucial part in enabling the sales team to execute effectively by driving performance tracking, reporting routines, process improvement, and supporting innovation launches. It's a role suited to someone who is customer-centric, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing sales reporting, performance dashboards and data accuracy
• Coordinating product and innovation set-up (GS1 submissions, SKU data & price lists)
• Supporting customer planning cycles and sales team preparation
• Identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and workflow efficiency
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth execution
We're seeking someone with strong
Excel capability
, excellent organisational skills, and the drive to work autonomously. You'll enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and being a trusted support partner to a fast-paced sales team. Candidates who are eager to progress into an NAE role over time will be well suited.
