The Role:
Our organisation is seeking a Support Worker to provide consistent support for a customer who requires care seven days a week, including two overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide domestic assistance, personal care and community-based support
* Support with daily living, appointments and safe care at home
* Work closely with families and health professionals
* Maintain accurate documentation and care plans
On-the-job training and buddy shifts are provided to help you pick up all the skills you need.
Requirements:
* Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability across the week including overnights
You will be part of a supportive team environment and receive paid induction, ongoing training, penalty rates and paid travel time.
