About The Role
Based in our Sydney office, the Agency Sales Manager ANZ leads and develops a team of 10 Agency Sales Consultants to drive agency sales results and deliver outstanding service to retail travel partners. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing conversion, and strengthening agency engagement to create brand loyalty.
The Day To Day
Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs in line with company sales targets.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Agency Sales Consultants to maximise sales, conversion, and productivity.Monitor daily sales activity, follow-ups, and performance metrics, implementing actions to maintain consistent results.Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members through regular feedback, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.Maintain appropriate staffing levels, manage leave, and plan workloads to ensure service and performance standards are met.Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.Resolve escalated booking, reservation, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience in travel understanding of travel agency sales including call centre operations, booking process, reservations systems, and KPI performance measurement.Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, coach and develop a team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong commercial acumen with a result driven mindset.Energetic and enthusiastic team player that can work in a collaborative, success oriented, yet social company culture. Flexibility and willingness to work outside business hours and weekends as required.Full working rights in Australia (Citizen or PR only).
