We are seeking a skilled technician to join our team in Canberra. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly secure Defence environment, providing hands-on support to end-users and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams.
* Respond to and resolve incidents within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
* Manage customer expectations by keeping them updated on their case progress.
* Log all customer interactions and activities in the correct client ITSM tool.
Requirements:
- 7 months to 1+ year minimum experience with supporting End User Devices at level 1+
- Level 1 and level 2 technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals.
- Current or re-instatable NV1 Clearance is essential.
