Permanent – Part Time (3 days per week)
Job Summary
This is a part-time, permanent position working throughout the year, reporting to the Director of Enrolments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrolment process at an esteemed independent school.
Base Pay Range
$90,****** / yr – $100,****** / yr
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective families, providing expert guidance on the enrolment journey and school programs.
Process applications efficiently using the Enrol HQ platform.
Maintain accurate records of applicants and enrolled students in Edumate.
Assist in organising key events such as Principal's Tours, private tours, orientation activities, and scholarship days.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for overseas student enrolments.
About You
Experience in a similar role, ideally in admissions or customer service.
Working knowledge of CRM software (experience with Enrol HQ / Edumate is advantageous).
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
