The Role
* Leverage your networks and industry knowledge in occupational rehabilitation to identify new return to work opportunities.
* Develop and nurture relationships with employers seeking return to work support for their organisation.
* Case management for injured workers who are needing physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment.
* Taking a more holistic approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.
* Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

What Will Make You Successful
* Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA).
* Occupational Rehabilitation experience.
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing.
* Strong clinical reasoning.
* Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal.
* Passion to help people rehabilitate.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
