Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber, versatile Marketing Web & Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Department. This role combines web design/development and graphic design responsibilities to maintain and enhance our digital presence and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently under a night shift schedule to support US client operations.
Job Highlights
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 paid hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are hourly and will depend on performance during the application process.
Responsibilities
Web Design and Development:
Design, develop, and maintain functional and visually appealing websites and landing pages
Ensure website responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and optimal performance
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into effective web experiences
Graphic Design:
Create compelling and brand-consistent graphic materials for digital and print marketing channels
Design assets such as infographics, email templates, presentation decks, and more
Maintain visual identity and standards across all design projects
Optional / Bonus:
Assist with social media management activities
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in a combined Web Design/Development and Graphic Design role
Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience in:
Web design/development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, etc.)
Graphic design software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory): Strong portfolio showcasing both Web Design/Development and Graphic Design work. Candidates lacking samples in either category will not be considered
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
Comfortable working under a night shift schedule to support US client operations
