We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic retail store in Queensland as an Assistant Manager. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, including managing stock levels, creating rosters, and implementing health and safety procedures.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain high standards of customer service
* Assist in the management of stock levels, including ordering and inventory control
* Develop and implement effective rostering systems to ensure adequate staffing levels
* Implement and maintain health and safety procedures to minimize risks and prevent accidents


Requirements

* Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or hospitality
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
