Location: Ballina (must be Ballina-based for early starts)

Right at Home is seeking qualified male Personal Care Workers to support clients living independently in the community. This role involves travelling across the beautiful Northern Rivers region, including Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Ocean Shores, and surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified personal care workers
Male support workers (client preference)
Must be based in Ballina and willing to travel
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to client independence
Able to support early morning starts

Expected hours: 15–30 per fortnight, with growth opportunities as new clients onboard
